Michael G. Kaplan CPA, CVA, CFFA
Mr. Kaplan has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of forensic accounting, business valuation and litigation consulting.  He has qualified to testify in court as an expert witness in approximately 250 trials. Michael has served on the faculty of the Marshall School of Business and Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences.  He is president of NACVA’s Financial Forensics Institute and is the lead instructor of the “Litigation Boot Camp for Financial Experts,” “Forensic Workshop for Financial Professionals” and “Expert Witness Boot Camp.”

Gabehart Sarah E. Murray, M.A.
Sarah Murray is a social/cultural anthropologist and Senior Consultant in Trial Behavior Consulting’s San Francisco office. She conducts and manages research on a broad range of civil and criminal cases and also spends many hours in trial prep and court, preparing witnesses and assisting with trial strategy. She has helped prepare stock brokers, commodities traders, physicians, nurses, world class engineers, and CEOs for testimony in both state and federal courts around the country. Sarah has served as a trainer in NACVA’s litigation boot camp program for six years, teaching the fundamentals of effective trial communication. She takes special joy in translating the insights of social science into practical tips for testifying persuasively at trial.
