This Webinar will discuss some of the more complex, yet common, issues that arise in the process of a physician practice acquisition and the role financial advisors and appraisers play in helping solve these issues. It will discuss the coordination of compensation and valuation assumptions, the impact of recent industry initiatives and court decisions as well as how to assist in the evaluation of losses and their impact on renewal compensation.
