Everyone encounters a bad day. Even seasoned expert witnesses occasionally
encounter situations that spell potential disaster in performing their
expert analysis, in preparing for trial or on the witness stand. In this
session we will explore procedural, evidentiary, and human variables that
prove problematic for many experts. We will explore the strategic approaches
and tactics employed by the most effective experts when all appears to be
going wrong.
