A motion to exclude expert testimony is a tool often used by trial counsel in litigation. Seasoned experts have learned to anticipate
Daubert challenges and other motions in limine. In this program we will explore the components of an expert’s work that invite these motions and identify strategies that experts can employ to insulate themselves and minimize the likelihood that they will be excluded.
