A primer for the
beginning and intermediate level expert witnesses to learn the essential
fundamentals of serving
as an expert witness in litigation. This Webinar will address the "nuts and
bolts" of report preparation, giving
deposition testimony, trial testimony and the requisite protocols followed
by all successful expert witnesses. In
these increasingly litigious times, it is very common for business
evaluations, estate appraisals, and insurance
claims to be disputed and resolved in Court. The techniques in defending
your opinions are skills that your
clients expect you to possess. This Webinar will introduce and reinforce the
expert's requisite reporting and
testifying skills.
