The focus of the webinar is to provide participants with an overview of the buy-side investment banking process. Part I covers the M&A acquisition process, valuation methodologies and the synergy valuation process. Part II describes how to analyze the balance sheet, target rates of return and deal structuring.

Enrique Brito is a Senior Managing Director and Healthcare Practice Lead at The McLean Group, LLC, a national middle market investment bank headquartered in the Washington DC area. Mr. Brito has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking and has been involved in transactions in the U.S. and in several Latin American countries. He is a national instructor in M&A and business valuation courses (awarded Instructor of Great and Exceptional Distinction from 2003 to 2009), an instructor for the Small Business Administration in Washington DC and a regular contributor to local business publications and speaker at national conferences on M&A topics. Mr. Brito holds an MBA, with honors, from The American University and a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. He is a FINRA registered representative (Series 7, 63), investment banking representative (Series 79) and general securities principal (Series 24). More |
