This industry niche requires special insight for the valuator.
This webinar will provide the recipe for success in this field!

Program Focus

Retail is no longer “mom and pop.” It is chains, franchises and superstores operating in probably the most competitive environment in American business. You will deal with issues like the nature of the assets, intangible values based on trade name, non-compete agreements, customer lists, and unreported income. Learning the standard characteristics of retail establishments will give you the benchmark to expand your engagement opportunities. The American way of life—quick and edible. Unlike the industry’s food—you’ll savor this course. Fast food restaurants are on every street corner, in a highly competitive industry, often family owned and quite typically part of a franchise.

You Will Learn
This webinar will discuss specific areas related to the valuation of these entities in order to help prepare the analyst to properly plan these types of engagements and avoid potential problem areas.

This session should be attended by beginning and intermediate valuation analysts whose clients include owners or potential buyers of fast-food restaurants and retail establishments.
